It's not unusual for ages and stages of life to trigger unresolved issues from one's past. Writing a book could also be triggering such feelings in you as the memories are forced to resurface. I strongly recommend some form of counselling in order to help you deal with all that is resurfacing. Thank you for sharing more of your story with my visitors and me. And I must also ask that you please use the same name when contributing stories on my site. It saves me a lot of work.
