You have a great deal of courage. To have left the religion and lived so alone. To have left abusive relationships. To now no longer keep the secret. And while your world seems to be falling in on you, just keep believing that you will get better and that you will be their in a capacity that your children need you. Just focus on getting well. Yes, your childhood set you up for more abuse later on in life. But now you get to make choices for your Self. You get to take back your power. And as you do get better, you'll gain more and more strength. Strength you've always had but forgot or didn't recognize. You've set an intention, and now your healing has begun. I send you love, light and healing energy, Kristy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
