by: maurice

New Beginnings: KJA you'll be fine: You are in therapy think positive about being in therapy: Understand the value of it: Then let go and get on with living your life to the full: You are just beginning to think as a young adult after journeying through your adolecent years making a good sense of your sexuality: I am going to suggest something normal and natural for you to do: It will mean becoming active and alive, changeing your atitude as to how you live your life: I know suggesting to you to have ahealthy mind in a healthy body will empower you, give you a greater natural sense of yourself and your body Now begin to take part with your friends and fellow students presuming at your age you are still in education and in college: Stay in education KJA; Take part with them in team sports or sporting and cutural activities: Mix well with both sexes and you will in time fully appreciate your sexuality, which will help you decide in apositive and constuctive way your sexual preferences: I would say you are very normal: I too as a boy was abused by older boys feeling like you for a good number of years I was Gay: Slowly I began mixing and building friendships with both male and female and in trusting and being I found I was not Gay: KJA that neighbour abused you, he did you an injustice, was wrong KJA realize NOW it was not your fault: I am not to blame: Now look at yourself in the mirror love yourself and your body: be gentle and kind on both, value and respect your beautifulness from top to bottom from the tip of your head to your feet: LIke all parts in between: Live your life to the full and get on with doing it: Once your therapist begins to help you put all that happened you as a child/teenager with this neighbour let it go and live the NOW time of your life brilliantly: I WILL I CAN I MUST BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT; KJA Always believe in yourself: my motto I will I can etc:
