You not only have the RIGHT, you have an obligation to tell. Your father could seriously harm your sister. And though she says she doesn't want you to bother, deep down, that's not true. The best you can do is to tell the truth. You don't have to "find" the words; you need only tell what you see and know. And then get some help for yourself, because what you are witnessing is extremely distressing and is a form of child abuse as well. You all deserve help, Kelly. Thank you for sharing you and your sister's story with my visitors and me.
