Healing comes in stages. It's not unusual to suddenly be triggered to something you thought you got over a long time ago. So as we go through the various ages and stages of our lives, sometimes we're surprised with what comes up. And when that happens, see it as an opportunity for deeper healing, an opportunity to become more aware of our Selves, an opportunity for what needs healing to let us go. And whenever you find yourself in such a situation, always remember that all you have to do after allowing yourself to fully feel the emotions is to find a better-feeling thought, then another and another, until you no longer feel the negative emotions. I send you love, light and healing energy, Karon. Thank you for sharing more of your story with my visitors and me.
