I'm SO proud of you for committing to seeing a counselor. By now you've done so, hopefully. Please stick with it, and know that although it will be the most grueling work you've ever done, it's a breeze compared to what you already lived. Remember, the past is just that: the Past. And when you live in the Present moment, the Past has no power. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

I know how that goes.

I know how you feel Julz. I can't have that freedom that those little children have. It just seems like they are the lucky ones and I never got to feel that freedom and sense of carelessness. It's good that you are in therapy. I have noticed that it helps to have someone listen to the problems that you never got to tell anyone.
