You're not crazy you're just human. No one can live through what you lived through and not have to deal with all the s**t that goes with it. Hold your head high becuae you've earned it girl!

You are really strong!! Keep working hard at recovering. I know how you feel. I was abused physically and emotionally by my mother. It's tough. When I was in trouble I used to leave my mine and go to another place too. I just got out of the house at 15 years old and now I am happier than ever. Hang in there!

You're not alone!

What you've been through is torture, physically and emotionally. You're not going crazy. What you're feeling is part of the normal reaction of going through something so horrible. You have handled it very well. But there is still a lot to deal with. I have PTSD too. Along with other problems. I couldn't and almost didn't without medication and therapy.

Please seek some help. Accepting help is one of the hardest things I've had to do, but it's worth it because I am getting better. Please do the same for yourself. Find a therapist you can trust. You're worth it!
