Before you can find yourself, you must first believe that you are worthy of happiness and goodness in your life. Otherwise, you will make decisions that will sabotage anything good that is already in your life. Reach out to whatever resources there are in your community: support groups, 12-step programs, mother's groups, etc. If you continue to lament about all the losses in your life, you will miss all the wonderful things going on in your life today, things that involved your children and your husband. I hope you can seek out some form of counseling for yourself in order to deal with the trauma. You certainly deserve it. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
