I'm delighted that you are no longer blaming yourself. That you understand now that the blame is solely on the shoulders of the man who sexually abused you. Now that you understand that, it's time to look for ways of healing from the effects. You've already taken a huge step forward. Moving forward from here is going to take work, work that you can't expect to do alone. Please talk to your parents about what you are feeling and experiencing. Be honest with them. Tell them you need their understanding and support. Seek out some form of counselling in order to help you deal directly with the effects of the assault and all the repercussions of that assault. You most definitely deserve that kind of help, Jess. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Jess: I'm so happy that you realize that this was, in no way, your fault. I'm also a survivor of child sexual abuse. It took me years to get where you are now. I commend your strength. God Bless you and take good care of "You".

Jess: Read Darlene's words to you in her very personal comment to yo alone from her woman's heart: You are highly intelligent and I know you will take courage knowing you are not to blame ever for what that dirty old man did to you: I AM NOT TO BLAME: Now Jess get on with living your life to the full while letting go of the effects: He was very wrong, he sexually abused you so you need to talk it out with your Parents who seem to be loving and cherishing of you: Trust them and if you find that difficult pleas talk with a kind teacher who will listen and guide you in the right direcion to get help; Speaking with a counsellor will certainly help you put all your feelings about what he did to you into perspective: Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Jess this will mean getting out and about taking part in team sports with your own age and gender: and in sporting and cultural activities: You'll know the difference in a short time: you'll make real natural trusting friends for life and have many aquaintamces among your team members: showering with them will give you a new sense of freedom and appreciation of your body: be safe: stay safe: I WILL: i CAN: I MUST BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT: That you are Jess
