Your childhood set you up for the sexual abuse by "Frank". Abusers like him look for children who are vulnerable and take full advantage of them. They can threaten outright or by implication. But sometimes threats are unnecessary because of the vulnerabilities of their victims. Don't ever blame yourself for not telling, Jeffrey. You were so desperate to have your needs met that of course you would resort to any type that was available. But that doesn't make it your fault. Frank was the adult, you were the child. And given your situation, even if you had considered telling, you probably feared not being believed. Please seek out some form of therapy in order to help you deal with all you endured as a child, and to help you bring more of what you desire in your life today. I send you love, light and healing energy, Jeffrey. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
