Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me. Please get yourself some help. The fact that you verbally abuse your husband is a clear indication that you have been affected by the abuse you endured. If you don't get help and deal with your anger issues, you will destroy your relationship with the man who has never done anything but love you. Feeling guilty isn't enough, J. Do something about what is inappropriate behaviour on your part. You CAN help yourself, but you must reach out for help in order to do that. Both you and your husband are worthy of that kind of help.

We live and regret the mistakes of our past to live a fuller live in our present
by: maurice

J2. Move on, don't cripple yourself, you are only lame from the mistake that you did not want to happen. You so called friend used you, abused you, raped you, took advantage of your vunerable stae of mind and physical make up at the time. You trusted even though you were being deceptive to the one who really and truly loves you. Get help the sort that Darlene's suggests you need at this time. She sure is your saving help only if you bother to take action. Be truthful. Be truthful in love and respect of yourself first and then to the one who truly cares and loves you. The truth will set you free
