Although you uncle did not "rape" you in the legal sense of the word, he did rape you, but he did it in a way that was quasi legal. No one will convince me that he didn't get sexual gratification from what he did. Call him what he was—IS—a sexual sadist, and you were his helpless victim. He looked for ways to beat you because it gave him pleasure. And his wife turned a blind eye, quite likely because she wouldn't be the object of his sick and twisted pleasure. I do hope you'll consider some form of therapy to help you deal with all the anger, hostility and rage; all of which you are entitled to. I learned a very long time ago that it was ME that was harmed by hanging onto all the fantasies of murderous revenge, all the rage. And then I learned I owed it to my Self to get the help I needed, and to look at things with a different set of eyes. You've earned that as well, Misty. Thank you for sharing more of your story with my visitors and me. And again, I send you love, light and healing energy.
