You are the most important person now in what you have shared with Darlene and her visitors: She has lovingly re-assured you think about and get counselling: Told you nothing that happened you was your fault: Always believe in Yourself Ebony: You need to love the beautiful young woman you are: There is greatness and goodness in you: You are a very gifted person: Tallented: Don't give up on yourself Ebony: I sincerely hope and know you have a real friend or two whom you have shared your intimate secret of what that Sicko of a man did to you: Rely on them to help you to get counselling: This will do a power of good: It will put all that sicko did to you in perspective for you: You'll be fine: live well: laugh alot: love much: have a healthy mind in a healthy body: This means you have to get out and about with your friends and class mates being active and alive taking part in sporting and cultural activities: Off your bottom then and get to know and love yourself and your body: Be gentle and kind to both: Letting go through counselling and healthy activities with your own age group: Soothe your body with all the nice oils and creams available erasing the not so nice memories you have of what that sicko did: Ebony you be the winner of him: Don't you be protecting him by carrying the effects of what he did to you: Be brave: stay strong for yourself: I will: I can: I must because I am WORTH it.
