You have the power
by: Darlene Barriere

You are a lovely, supportive, hard-working, deserving person. You must believe that. If others don't or won't tell you that, you must believe it and tell yourself. You are worthy of friends. You are deserving of a boyfriend. You have so much to offer someone, but most of all, you have much to offer yourself. Only you have the power to take back control of your self-esteem. Don't for one more second give your power away. Reclaim your self-esteem by telling yourself over and over and over again, I'm a worthy and wonderful person! Because you really are.

Not Your Fault
by: Francine

I agree with Darlene because you're not fat. You're not lazy! No matter what your abuser says, you can do your best because you are extremely hard-working (I'm a hard-worker, too). You are a strong person and you know what to do. Well, I think it is best if you told someone earlier, so that nothing like that can happen again. Although I don't know you well, it's not your fault. I'm sorry that happened to you. No, you're not lazy at school, you do just fine! You deserve to have friends. You deserve to have a boyfriend. No one ever deserves to be put down! Just don't worry about your past; be safe!

You are special!!
by: Anonymous

Your Father in Heaven loves you. You are not worthless, you are special and important. I hope that you are old enough to get yourself out of that situation and if not find someone to talk to that can help you!! I'm praying for you!
