Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me. And while I understand that you don't want to talk about what happened to you with your mother, I really believe you need to talk about it with someone. I strongly recommend some form of counseling in order to help you deal with the repercussions of being sexually abused. You certainly deserve that kind of help.

Oh Christina: full credit to you: Great you found Darlen's site: New beginnings for you in your life because so so bravely and honstly, truthfully told her your story: Horrific memories and effects: Darlene's words to you, plase think about alot, then please act on what she encourages you to do: Your Mother is a great mother as was mine: I too kept what happened to me from her because she was an only mom: But as Darlene has put it to you, you need to talk with someone: Yes, a session of counselling will put it all somewhat in perspective of what that beast did to you: Drink is and will never be an excuse as to what he did: He was a Bad Man/Father. He does not deserve the name of Father Christina: He took away your childhood innocenc: your tender child's body was sexually abused by that Beast: Christina, please, pretty please do as Darlene's advices: Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Be active and alive with your friends taking part in sporting and cultural activities: Show off your giftedness and prowess on the games fields: Always believe in yourself: Be gentle and kind to yourself and that beautiful body of yours: Have a good mirror image of yourself: Positive thinking: I am Special: I am Unique: I have a lovely everthing and my body is beautiful: Soothe it, relax and enjoy your bath times; Then hug and cuddle yourself in front of the mirror: I assure you it is agood feeling Christina: Hug LOVE into you: I'm Special, I love me: Who am I?? I'm Special: My prayers and best wishes are with you Christina: Please Live well: Laugh alot: love much: I will: I can: I must: because I am WORTH it. Look in that mirror one big hug and a cuddle, sure there is no one looking don't be inhibited or embarrased at being asked to do that:
