You CAN overcome what happened to you. You CAN live a fulfilling life. You CAN heal. But you must first make the decision to heal. That starts by realizing that you cannot change what happened, but you CAN change the way you respond. Treat yourself well, Charlene. Better than you were ever treated by your family. As always, I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing more of your story with my visitors and me.

I'm so sorry everything you experienced in your life.

Do you think you're ready to decide to be a survivor and fight for your right to be happy? Healing takes work. It takes time and dedication, and it hurts...but it gets better.
Through therapy, through reading, through online support groups....you CAN achieve some peace. If you want it. It doesn't come easy, but you have to want it.
Besides, are things worth our time EVER easy? :) It's worth it, I promise.

Healing vibes and positive thoughts being sent your way,
T
