You need help. I sincerely hope you're getting that help, and not just living with your friend, although that's important. Don't ever go back to that sick excuse of a father of yours. Stay away from the environment, but seek out some counseling so that you have a hope of a functional life. I'll be praying for you, Brendan. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Such uncontrolled sadism
by: Anonymous

Brendan, your so-called father is so twisted, sadistic and messed up that he doesn't know how to take care of himself, never mind be a father to you. He doesn't know how to love even himself; all he knew is hate; he should've known better and loved and cherished you in the first place, not subject you to such sadistic abuse. Plus, what he did to you is cowardly because only a coward would do such a thing like that to such a helpless little boy you once were. Oh, and he is wrong. You are not a wimp; you are not pathetic; you are strong. Brendan, you don't need your terrible, sadistic, sociopathic, psychopathic, ignorant monster of a father. He should be locked up for all those terrible crimes that he committed against you. I hope you're in a safe place now and that your friend is with you now. I also hope that you try counselling and that you tell the police on your sadistic psychopath of a dad.

No one has the right:: nothing excuses:
by: maurice

Oh Brendan, if you do not get into some form of counselling it will take you the same amount of years to rebuild your life after what you were forced to endure at the hands of that BEAST: ANIMAL: Having the name of father my bottom: Please oh please read Darlen's comment. She has given you hope: There is a life to be lived to the full after abuse: She is a winner: The victim in victory over abuse: Now empowering me you all her visitors to rebuild our lives after abuse: We can, we have, we will because she is our Angel of hope: So Brendan be a winner over that sadistic beast: Be gentle and kind on yourself and that absolute body of yours

Thanks for all the comments. I am in school counselling at the moment but I'll see if I can find something eolse. I'm currently living with my friend I--- and slowly but surely he is moving into an apartment closer to a college he would like to go to. I will conrtinue living with him until my drug and drinking probem are history. I have recently gone to rehab for drinking and cocaine. We believe my addiction to cocaine is through. My addiction to drinking has slowed.

You Are Strong
by: Desirae

You are very strong Brenden. I admire that. I'm glad you are getting help. I was an abuse victim when i was little, but i got out of it and mine was no where near as bad as yours and i know you dont want to have thousands of people on here showing remorse but i just want you to know you are a very big inspiration to a big part of this world. thanks for being strong and holding in there. you're the best.
