Try not to minimize what happened to you as a little boy. You were exploited and taken advantage of by this pedophile. That could lead to all sorts of issues. You have every right to feel the way you do. It is possible that you don't trust for this reason, but I must also point out that you are remembering this one repressed memory...there could very well be others that also contribute to loss and lack of trust. I suggest you seek out some form of counselling in order to help you deal with those trust issues. It will mean talking about your childhood to determine the root or seed cause; and that can be a very good thing. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
