You ARE a forgiving person...

Anonymous, you said your brother made a HUGE and "unforgivable" mistake: I'd say you've made a HUGE step toward forgiveness by giving him a "second chance." That's pretty amazing.

I do hope you are in some form of counselling to help you deal with the shame you expressed in your story. Yesterday, I wrote comments to Megan, a child abuse story contributor; these comments apply to you just as much as they apply to her.
