You need to be proud of yourself for telling your father. Don't EVER blame yourself for what this 16-year-old child molester did to you. This is on HIM, not you. You were too young to understand your options about telling, and of course you would believe him. Focus instead on the fact that you told when you felt you could. I also suggest some form of counseling in order to help you deal with what happened to you and to allay the fears you have about your siblings. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
