I belive in you

You'r saying that it wasn't that bad, but it was. I hope you realise that. You sound like a really nice and really strong person, I hope it's better for you now, and that you are in a a safer place. I'm also sorry.. for what happened to you. I have a story like that, too. But not as bad as yours. I really don't have words. I hope it will all work out for you, just hang in there! I belive in you.

Anonimus you are one very special and brave teenager for searching and finding Darlene's site: You have related what was done to you: You were abused: You have bad memories: It has it's effects on you living your life to the full: Darlene in her loving, encourageing heartfelt words personally to you in her comment has told you so: I sure hope you are in a good space and safe place to begin counselling while gettin the support and love you need to go through with it: I want what is the best for you: Darlene want's what is best for you and her many visitors who read your story want what is best for you: The all important thing Do you want what is best for YOU???? I bet your answer is I DO: I DO; good on you so off that bottom of yours and with the help of a true and good friend take the courage in your hands and off in search of counselling: Then wonderful and beautiful you begin having a healthy mind in a healthy body: Oh yes it will work wonders for you: You will make real and natural friends for life: This means again changeing your daily or weekly routine to getting out there being active and alive with your friends and people your own age and gender taking part in team sports or sporting and cultural activities: You'll be fine: Always believe in yourself: Buld up your own self worth and self esteem: Have a good positive thinking mirror image of yourself: I am beautiful instead of I don't like this and that about my specialnerss and my body in front of the mirror: Go on give a big hug and cuddle to that body of yours in genuine and true love of yourself: Saying: I love me: now smile:
