It's important that you tell someone who can help you. Disgusting as what happened to you was, it was your brother, not you, who was the disgusting one. None of what happened was your fault. None of it. Don't ever forget that.  Always believe in yourself: You'll be the winner over your brother

Angel, that you are, now please oh please read all that Darlene wrote from her heart to you: Believe all she said to you: Your brother did an injustice to you a wrong: He is a sicko to do such a thing to his beautiful vunerable sister: Hi Angel: if you have shared with only two people I might be guessing there are your own age and gender: Called your friends: Great id they are: Now with there help tell on your brother: don't be afraid he needs loads of help: to stop him molesting other little girls: like he did you: Speak with a counsellor/therapist. Your schol may provide that type of facility for their students: Check it out with your true friends: Even a kind understanding teacher too would help you: You get on with living your life to the full: Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Oh yes Angel that will help you enormously: widen your horizons and help you live your dreams: Yes taking part in team sports will help you to see your body as beautiful: Be gentle and kind to it: erase the memories of the not so nice thing your brother did to it: You take control: stay safe: be safe: When you are active and alive with your friends and like-minded people you will make real and natural friends: You'll have loads of aquaintances for the rest of your life: Angel: Darlene wants what is the best for will you please want it for yourself: Get your friends to encourage you to talk to therapist: All your brother did wrong to you will be put in perspective for you: Let your motto be: I WILL: I CAN: I MUST simply because I am WORTH it: have a healthy mind in a healthy body beginning in the new year:
