Andy, I'm so very sorry you lived through sexual abuse at the hands of your female babysitter.

Your message about monitoring a child's babysitter and listening to the child is a very important one for parents to heed. Listening and paying attention to the child's behaviour before and after the child is in the care of another is critical to that child's well-being. Children cannot speak up for themselves; therefore, they need their parents to be vigilant in protecting them.  Listen to your children

listen to your children

I am a child care worker and love my job I have been working with children for seven years and hate to hear story?s of abuse of any kind (thank god I only had to deal with it three times in my career but I fear knowing that it will not be the last time)

any way I just wanted to comment on how you said listen to your children if they do not like their babysitter because children have a great judgment in character

may God bless all of his children and punish the ones who do them harm
