I'll pass this along to you: When you're feeling negative emotions, allow your Self to feel them fully, just don't dwell on them. Then go for the best-feeling thought you can find, a thought that brings you to a better feeling emotion. Keep doing this. Keep going with the best-feeling thoughts you can muster in the moment. And recognize that you are no longer being abused. Understand that it's your thoughts that now keep you imprisoned. If you are willing to change your thoughts, you can change your life. But go for baby steps...one tiny step at a time. I send you love, light and healing energy, Andrzej. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
