Amanda 9. you are brave, you are strong, you are gifted, you are intelligent with common sense knowing in your own heart what is good for you. You keep on loving and believing in yourself. You are the most important person now for you. You have accepted and acknowledge you were abused. Yes it did mean you were not nourished, nurtured, cherished loved as a beautiful child of your mother by that awful abuser your Step Father. I hope now with the help of your counseling That you blossom into the most unique and beautiful woman on this planet. I love me. I am beautiful, just begin with those statements about yourself Then add to them by thinking positive, acting positive and being positive each day you take your head off the pillow. Build up a very real and true Mirror Image of yourself. Hug that beautiful woman in the mirror. Then say to her I can accomplish anything I want for me in my life. Know too Amanda 9 your advice and your story will benefit many visitors to Darlene's site when they read your story and darlene's comment to you. I'M SPECIAL don't just say it BELIEVE IT.
