I'm so proud of you for speaking out about the abuse you endured at the hands of your father and that pedophile of a guard. You are now in a safe place in your foster home. Stay in therapy. Be honest in the process. It can and will be grueling, but the end results are worth it. Always believe that you are worthy of dignity and respect because you ARE worthy of dignity and respect, just as the young person you harmed some years ago. You were sentenced for that. Now it's time for healing. What you endured and what you did does not have to define who you are. Who You Really Are goes much deeper than that. As for "forgetting", as difficult as it is to understand at this point in your life, forgetting isn't nearly as important as dealing with your feelings and emotions. Your therapist can help you with that. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
