Your cousin is likely still raping...

A rapist will not suddenly change, even though he was just a teen when he raped you and your sister. Your cousin is likely raping other girls now. Make a report for what he did to you. Even if nothing comes of that report through the justice system, at least it will be on record, which might prevent another girl from being victimized by this sex offender.

I hope you're in some form of counselling in order to help you through the emotional residue of what happened to you. You certainly deserve it.
