TELL on your grandfather...
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

Your grandfather stole your trust and your innocence. He betrayed you in the worse possible way; he took advantage of your vulnerabilities. Please tell someone what he did. If you don't feel you can trust someone in your family to act upon it, consider talking to one of your teachers, or a school counsellor. There is a number in Australia that I urge you to call: Kids Help Line at 1800 55 1800. KHL have counsellors who will listen to you and discuss your options. The service is available 24 hours a day for children, youth and young adults between the ages of 5 – 25. Their counselling services are free, confidential, and you can remain anonymous. Please consider talking to them. You're worth getting some help for yourself. You shouldn't have to deal with this alone. While I'm glad that you have a support in your boyfriend, you need an adult who can help you.
