Child Abuse Story From McKenna:

Approximately 10 years ago, I was removed from my biological mother's home and put in a group home for runaways. I was not a runaway. I was then placed with a foster family. My brother was very disruptive so we were sent back to the group home. My sister and I were put together and my brother was placed with another family. That was the last time we ever saw our brother.

My sister was removed from that foster home, but I stayed with that family for about a month or two longer. I was then placed with another foster family and I stayed there for about 13 months. I was then placed with another family. She hated me, so I was removed from her home and placed with couple named Linda and Aaron. That was the worst night of my life. The abuse started about three months after I moved there. It escalated to worse physical abuse and starvation.

One day I decided I had had enough of the abuse. I ran away to a neighbor's home. They called the police and I was removed from their care. They took me to the hospital. The doctor told me I had a collapsed lung. The next day the doctor told me I had a positive pregnancy test, but I had never had sex before.  They did another one and it came up negative. The police are suspecting sexual abuse, but I don't think anything happened to me. I guess I'll find out.
