"Someday" has arrived. You have the power within your Self to "step forward". You ARE strong and wise, and though you may never "forget", what happened to you is no longer happening which opens the door to the pain releasing you. First bring that pain to the light of understanding. Question what you believe about that pain, and then reverse it. The work of Byron Katie is a place to start. Thank you for sharing with my visitors and me.

be surrounded by love
by: michelle f

sorry I haven't been on here in a while anonymous I hope you printed my words out and that they help you thru to your new life of being free from the shame, pain, and the insane thoughts we get . we made it thru so we can push those voices out because they lie. we are loved and human as any body else just had problems with bad people. we need to surround our selves with loving people. because it give us a reason to be and to love.
