You're a loving grandmother. You want to protect your granddaughter. But the system is not doing it's job. Consider escalating the report. Insist on going up the chain of command with CPS. If you don't get satisfaction there, then escalate to your state representative. And if you still don't get satisfaction, then consider going to the media. Document EVERYTHING: what you notice, what your granddaughter tells you, what is and isn't being done. Thank you for sharing your granddaughter's situation with my visitors and me. Good luck to you. Keep doing what you must in order to keep this precious little one safe.

 Who protects the innocent vunerable child??

My heart goes out to YOU: You want to do what is best for your grand-child: My daddy hurt my bottom: The so called authorities just find reason for not nailing him to the wall of a prison Cell: Oh that innocent child: I have been trusted by my friends who bathed their three year old in my precence: That infants bottom being hit, spanked by a peodphille, brute, beast, animalistic so called beast of a so called father hurting such small tiny cheeks: How the Hell: trained, qualified, so called professional people don't do their job makes my blood boil: I would go to prison for that innocent child: For what I would do with those sicko's B''t''ds: For a grandmother wanting to protect her beautiful grand child must be very, very heart broken: Darlene: You seem to be lost for words, ways, to suggest a way forward; Understandingly so: Your heart is with both: LOVE is there for both in your heart: Yet: words are not adequate for you to tell this loving Grand-mother what to do: I hope, pray that your words (heart) will be successful in protecting her beautiful innocent three year old grand-child. I know a grand-mothers love will be a winner to protect her grand-child.

My mother is honestly a terrible mom. She never believed me when i tried to report my sexual abuse to her when i was four years old. she constantly beat me when i wouldnt clean the house to her standards or didnt want to rubs her hands and feets or scratch her head. I had lived with my grandmother for three years when my mother got kicked out of her house bec ause she wouldnt pay the bills. I have a brother and sister as well. we were with my ghrandmother for three years never hearing or seeing her for months at a time. Back in febuary we went back to live with my mom for six weeks. during this time she was never home and stayed out all hours of the night with one of her many boyfriends. i would be told to clean the house cook for my siblings let the dopg out and make sure everyone did their homework and got showers. She would leave my brother and sister home alone in the mornings to get on the bus. they were eight and nine years old. I was basically the mom all of my life. we were only with my mom for six weeks before she broke the final straw. My mom was out late again as usual. I had just fallen asleep when she got home from getting another pointless tattoo. She ran up into my room and accused me of being on my phone. i had no clue what she was talking about seeing as how i was asleep. she demanded me to give her my phone ( that i pay for) immediently. So her being my mom and me only being 15 i went to get my phone which was plugged into the wall next to my bed. i apparently didnt get it for her fast enough and she jumped on my back accusing me of being a wh*re and a drug dealer and what not. i am 15 and never even had a boyfriend.she was jumped on my back and she started pulling my hair and turning my head to scream at me and then started punching me in the face and jumping up ini the air and landing on my head woith elbows."Then she called her boyfriend and told him that i was fighting her and she called my grandparents to come and get me. then she jumped back onto my back and started biting me all over. then my grandparents came and got me and took me to the hospital. i had a concussion several lumps in my head a black eye and 14 bite marks on my back.

I was informed that in delaware there is no longer a cps. The company is now called dfs. Division of family services. And their misson is tp keep families together. I stayed with my grandparents after the hospital. They told me that I wpuld have to go back to her house on monday. I said there is abosolultly no way in hell that I'm going back. The legal system is bullsh*t as well. I couldn't get any of my thinhs back and tgeres nothig I can dp about it all she got in cpurt was a warning. Now I am waiting my court date december 4th to find where my sibkings are placed.
