The system continues to fail children...

Thank you for sharing yours and your grandson's story with my visitors and me. I can only hope that the powers that be in family court will truly do what is in the best interest of your grandson.

Grandparents have grandparents rights and a court order to see autistic grandchild. Mother continues to call CPS to try and get grandparents in trouble and the effort was found out to be unsubstantiated. Grandparents filed contempt charges against the mother because she failed to let the grandparents have visits with her son. Her lawyer got her off the contempt charges by using the false CPS report, but grandparents got their visits to resume. What do grandparents do to make the court see that the mother obstucted justice?
