I can only imagine how difficult it was for you to learn about your brother, and then to hear what he said to you. That he could actually believe that it was okay to sexually abuse his own children and use what he did as a child himself as an acceptable excuse to justify his unacceptable behaviour is stunning. You did the right thing by reporting him. I can only hope there will be repercussions for what he has done and for the lifelong harm he did to his own children. And I hope that you find a way to get support for all the feelings & emotions you are experiencing as a result of this...betrayal.
