I commend and applaud that you want to help others who have endured and suffered in the same way you have. By helping others, that is a way to help yourself and bring more healing to you.

But I also know the value of doing some healing for yourself first. Often times, when people go to help others but they themselves have not done any real healing, they end up being triggered. And that can put them in an even more difficult state. Yes, I believe in making your life and what you endured purposeful, but never at the expense of your own well-being. Your own well-being is so important. I do hope you'll take good care of yourself first. You certainly deserve that.

I send you love, light and healing energy, Francesca. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
