Wow, that was so powerful for me to read-especially the ending. Too often I've tolerated other's hatred of me, anger at me, jealousy...I didn't know and am learning to have a home. Thank you so dearly for sharing your wisdom. That was so great to read. Right now I'm working in a foreign country for a few months and all my buttons are being pushed from feeling like I"ve not real home, being around competitive people, and feeling so afraid to use my God given talent. I'm strong but I also feel so much fear around jealous women...what a trigger! It's in many people and probably myself but I bend over backwards to diminish myself and make others feel comfy. I don't want to do this. I just want to stand, be, do the way God has made me and not apologize ever for being fantastic. If people get mad, it's so hard to know in the moment, I have boundaries and I can as you say...LEAVE...GO HOME.
