Thank you for sharing your story and your all-important message with my visitors and me. I do hope you have a support system in place, someone you can turn to for help. You didn't deserve to be sexually assaulted. You deserve help now that you have been.

 Talk it out with someone you trust:: A good and true friend

You sure came to a safe place to share you sexual abuse> which by telling you want to ask and help others not to allow themselves to be sexiually abused or beome a mother when only still a child: Tara F: Darlene is your way forward to living your life to the full after abuse: I sincerely hope you act and put your trust in her words: Self help is important Tara F: get into counselling with the help of a friend: I sincerely hope you have a true friend who cares about you genuinely: Wants what is the best for you NOW; It is so important Tara F to have someone you truly trust and yyou know is for your good in her words of support and love: Change your lifesttyle: Have a healthy mind in a healthy body: Oh yes Tara F it is a good way our of sitting around feeling sorry for yourself: get out there with your own age and gender taking part in team games and cultural activities: You'll know the benefit in a short time: You'll widen your horizons on life: You'll make real life long friends and have many aquaintances who will build up your self confidence and worth: let my motto be: I WILL: I CAN: I MUST: because I am WORTH it: off that bottom of yours and get out and about; Love that me person looking out from the mirror at you: be gentle and kind to that me person: my motto I will: etc: You'll be fine Tara F to be sure to be sure: put Darlene's comment into practise in your life NOW; Live the NOW time of your life to the full: Let go of your not so nice past life: My motto I will etc: We all want what is the best for you Tara F: I bet you want what is best for you too;
