Something severely traumatic happened to you when you were very young to develop multiple identities. Dissociative identity disorder is a coping mechanism when the reality of the situation is too unbearable to deal with. DID requires professional help, especially if you are serious about retrieving "lost" time. I highly recommend such professional help. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

 I Cry For You.

Shadowlight and Co., I am crying while I post this comment. Your story really saddened me.I was feeling sorry for myself because of the abuse I suffered through. That was, until I read your story. I can't imagine all that horrific abuse you have endured. I hope you can find a way to get away from your situation and find some happiness in your life. My abuse caused me to have an OCD disorder, where I self-abuse my body. I have gotten help for it and I am slowly dealing with it. Your mother obviously had some mental problems to have treated you so cruelly. Get far away from her and the rest of those evil people. Your life is your own and you must be really strong to gotten as far as you have. Be brave and move forward.......LOL....Linda

 So many crimes committed, so little help

Shadowlight and Co, what those sickos did to you guys is truly pathetic and ungrateful. Your so-called mother is wrong. You are not weak; you are strong...just the way you are. You are not stupid; you are smart and articulate. That sick beast of a mother is truly insane, cowardly, animalistic and sadistic and she really should be put to prison with that slimy landlord together. Only a real mother would never do such things to her kids. Plus, even animals would never treat their young of any kind so sadistically. I really hope that you guys are really in a safe place now. I also really hope that you guys will try counselling. Be brave, Shadowlight and Co., and stay strong.

I'm also very sad for the extreme abuse you went through. I'm so sorry you had to endure that. Your situation is very different from my own, so I have no real advice to give you, except to seek counseling as soon as you can.
Just remember: we DO believe you, and we feel for you. Hang in there.

Shadowlight and Co. Family, Team, Group, in togetherness as siblings as one me having suffered horrific abuse wanting to make the abuse of you all together real. wanting it to go away. Darlene sure knows her comment made sense to me. please, though one mind, one body but a family of siblings who suffered the abuse equally as one. Institutional family rearing what happened one happened all together. I am learning, but I am certain though your of one mind and body there is a uniqness of that one mind in each one which can and will make the difference to the one body. I am somewhat baffled with your story. I believe it in totality as you have related it to Darlene and her Visitors. counselling is the way forward for you as one body. Get that professsional help. Darlene sure knows so take her advice. Be happy, Live well, laugh alot, LOVE much. make it powerful in YOU. binding all your hearts of love should empower your efforts to overcome the effects of the horrific abuse on you shadowlight and CO. My prayers are with you.
