You've turned pain into power. I can only hope that you understand that helping victims and survivors of child abuse means staying healthy and balanced yourself, first and foremost. There is a big difference between accepting what IS and what has been, and living your life in a perilous pattern that could cost you your life. Martyrdom is not the answer. Helping others should never cost you your well-being. Helping others should be fulfilling, and also fill you with energy and purpose on a positive level. I do hope you see that, because we want you to be able to help MANY victims and survivors for years to come. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

There is soneone very special behind undisclosed 84: Your story is remarkable, sad, tragic, the truth because it happened in your house which was not a home: Your Father stopped it being a home by his abuse of you and your sister: Your mother must have been afraid of him: so he abused at will: Controlled you by abusing you; You are an intelligent good person: You have or are turning pain in power: Please Love yourself: Be gentle and kind to the special person you want to be for others who suffer abuse: Hi, most importantly get help, take the loving advice in Darlene's affirming, encourageing truth ful facts to you in her comment: She wants what is truly the best for you: Speak with a counsellor, share your pain so they can make real sense of what Darlene said turning your pain into power means you have to make a real sense of your own before you can help another to do it: You'll be fine: You;ll be a winner over your abuser: Don't abuse your own body please: Love it, like it, care for it, hug and cuddle it: soothe away the effects of the abuse on it by your beast of a Father: Hi highly intelligent one say I will I can: I must because I am WORTH it Ok. hugs and cuddles and live your life to the full
