Many people have a misunderstanding of what sexual abuse is. What your brother did IS sexual abuse. It's called "non-contact" sexual abuse. Check out my page at Definition of Sexual Child Abuse for a more detailed explanation.

It doesn't surprise me that your brother doesn't discuss this with you now. He probably thinks you've forgotten about it. But the chances are he is still doing this to other children he has access to, because he finds it sexually stimulating. His behaviour is consistent with that of a pedophile, which means other children in the family are at risk. Pedophiles don't change their ways until they are made to stop. Just understand that you did nothing wrong, Megan. It's all on him. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.
