You were betrayed and abandoned so many times. So many turned their backs on you as a child. And while I commend that you have forgiven your mother, I'm concerned that you still have a great deal to work out about what you endured. Please consider seeking out some form of counselling or therapy in order to help you deal with the repercussions. You didn't deserve to be abused, Kimberly. You certainly deserve help for the fact that you were. And your children deserve to have a mother who is happy and healthy. I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

RE: Child Abuse Story From Kimberly
by: Zach F.

What has happened to you is truly a tragedy. I could only imagine what it would be like to be betrayed by your mother, brother, father and stepmother. It seems that you have overcome the despair in your life. The fact that you now have a family with children and that you are on good terms with your mother really warms my heart. You are a true survivor of child abuse and proof that anything is possible.
