I'm so glad that your father is in prison, and that you no longer have to live in that environment. If you're still a minor and still living with your grandparents, please be honest with them about your depression. You need professional help to deal with the trauma of what you lived through, so tell whoever is responsible for your well-being that you need to see a counselor. You didn't deserve to be mistreated or sexually assaulted. You DO deserve help now that you have. And always remember, none of what happened was your fault. None of it! Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Kaylen H: you deserve the very best: Darlene and all who leave a comment for you want what is the best for you too: Darlene's womans heart has gone out to you in her loving, affirming, acknowledgeing, encourageing heartfelt advice: You help to greater things for you in your life: Always believe in yourself: let your motto be: I WILL: I CAN: I MUST: Why Kaylen H you might ask yourself??? the answer to that is BECAUSE I am WORTH it. I have a good sense that you have a friend or two who you share all you little secrets and I hope and trust they are your own age and gender: These are other than boy/girl relationships: These will stand by you: Listen to you: care for you: help you: Love you: they will be your true friends and you will be their's They will hold your hand and walk with you to go for counselling or talk with a professional therapist: Darlene's know best, follow her loving words, You'll be fine: Now also change your daily routine somewhat make it include you talikng part with your friends and class mates or fellow students in team sports and cultural activities: So off your bottom and become active and alive with like-minded people: My motto: I will, etc. Look in the mirror love the beautiful and wonderful me looking out at you: Now, Now, no negative stuff about yourself: Only all positive: build up a good self mirror/self esteem image of yourself: Kaylen H you have a full life to be lived after all you have been through in sexual abuse: I hope that man/beast has plenty of time to dwell on the injustice he did on you: Stay Safe: Be safe: if you have a healthy mind in a healthy body talking part in team sports you'll have real and good natural true friends for life: Ok off that bottom now: Take Darlene's Comment to your own heart: Act on it: my motto: I will, etc.
