Gemma: As Darlene said in her comment you need help: You need counselling: you need a real friend in your life: Yes, you have made a new beginning to try and make sense of all that has, (is) happening in your life, your brothers and sietrs lives: You are all being abused by an uncaring, drug addicted father who is a bad man: bathing you and doing all the bad things to your body is totally against nature of a good parent: Your mother he has weakened too by his abuse of her: Gemma, there's goodness and greatness in you: You are brave, to search for and find Darlene safe have to share the horrific story of all that is happening to you: Hi know you will be a winner, you will succeed: Please live your life to the full as a child/adolecent by having a healthy mind in a healthy body; This will mean you getting out of the house taking part with your class mates/friends in team sports and physical exercise at school and college: You'll be safe because there is safety in numbers; you be determined to take part in healthy activities growing up with others; Always belivee in yourself : I will: I can: I must because I am WORTH it>
