Perhaps I've misread or misunderstood what you wrote, but if you've needed a psychiatrist for 27 years, then there is nothing I can say here that will help you. It is my belief that therapy is supposed to end, and that the therapist's job is to help the client/patient gain the tools and resources needed in order to live life to the fullest, on one's own. Perhaps the new psychiatrist can help you to that end. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me.

Diane, what your mom and her friend did to you was disgusting because those sickos for women are truly twisted, cruel and sadistic in their own ways of thinking...plus, they are cowards too because only cowards will put a hot iron in your you-know-what. You didn't deserve to have a sadistic mother; she didn't deserve to have such a precious daughter like you. Your "mother" (well, if you still want to call her that) was a truly sadistic coward and she should've been locked up in prison with her slimy friends for all those disgusting and terrible crimes that they committed against you because you did nothing wrong. I hope that you will try counselling.

 The effects of abuse are deep and a mystery at times

Why a Adult Woman and be let by your mother put a hot iron on your very beautiful and precious part of your body at such a tender age: This is sure a mystery to me: I also blame your theeaoist for not helping you: He/She were glad to take your money but certainly did not help you professionally: Sadly your story is horrific form of abuse: I only hope you get som relief from sharing it with Darlene and her visitors: Please keep believeing in yourself: Try to let go of that awful memory: get some peace of mind in your reamiming years: Live well: laugh alot: Love much: Beginning wirh yourself: You sure have alot of living to do yet: With the help of your closest friends take one day at time: Enjoy living: Darlene wants what is best for you right now: You want what is best for you too: I pray and hope you get som comfort from sharing your horrific abuse story:
