I commend and applaud your courage and intestinal fortitude. In not allowing what happened to you to destroy your live. At the same time, if there comes a time as you move through the various ages and stages of your life that you find yourself haunted and/or emotionally struck by what you endured, don't deny what you're experiencing. Look at such an experience as an opportunity for deeper healing. There is great power in helping others. Through helping others we help ourselves. Even if it's to reinforce what we have already embraced in our lives. Helping others can also be triggering. And if that happens, again, look at it as an opportunity for deeper healing.

Your offer to help others is not only acknowledged, it's welcome. But there are necessary rules in place that are there to protect the visitors/guests of this site. Therefore, I do not permit the exchange of email addresses or other personal information. The way to help people on this site is to write supportive and encouraging comments to them, like what I'm doing now with you. And by sharing your own story, authentically and truthfully so that others can see they are not alone. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me, Charlene. I send you love, light and healing energy.
