It sounds as though your mother imposed on you a version of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy. Perhaps not a full-blown version that is typical, but what you describe does seem to fit a mild case of it. Whether or not it does though, is much less relevant than how you were affected by it. And now you must find a way to deal with your mother's lies and the aftermath of learning about those lies. Not to mention all the choices you had to make as a kid when you believed you were too sick to do any of the things you might like to have done. In other words, the betrayal from your mother.

You can heal from this, Kent. But it requires understanding that your mother was mentally disturbed. She wasn't a stable person. You suffered as a result.

Now it's time for you to take back your power. To give yourself the permission to do all that you want to do that you couldn't do as a child. To begin to operate as a perfectly healthy person. It's a choice you have to make if you want to walk a healing path. A choice I believe you CAN and WILL make.

I send you love, light and healing energy. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me, Kent.
