I can only imagine what you are now going through. But other than say consider escalating your case with your state governor and/or state legislator or senate representative, I can only provide space for you to share what is happening with your daughter and the system. Perhaps one of my visitors can offer more information. As for the inclusion of full names, liability issues do not permit me to print the full name of your daughter's abuser. And I have a strict policy of not permitting email addresses on my site; this is to ensure the safety of all my visitors is maintained. I thank you for your understanding, and for sharing your story with my visitors and me. I do hope someone in the system will step up for the sake of your daughter.
