Without more information, I cannot answer this query. I do not know with absolute certainty what it is you are referring to when you say "wedging." Perhaps the practice of yanking up a person's underwear??? Without more details of the actual acts and the circumstances surrounding those acts, there is no way for me to say whether or not sexual abuse (or physical abuse) is taking place. Without knowing your relationship to the children, I cannot offer you any advice.
