Very relaxing...
by: Darlene Barriere - Webmaster

Sounds so good I just might pour myself a hot bath, burn some incense and listen to soft music later on today. Thank you for sharing your de-stressor with my visitors and me, Kara.

Enya is heaven.
by: Scott Canada

I listen to all kinds of music and play and record myself.Enya is some of the most relaxing music I have found so far. Meditation and relaxation are keys to reducing stress. I agree with you about the hot bath, and I find Enya is like listening to heaven. I must have 3 or 4 of her cd's around her. Highly recommended. Darlene, if you dont have any of her work you wont be disappointed, go out to your local music store and find some. Just dont fall asleep in the tub(-:

From Darlene: I'll heed your sage advice, Scott ;-) And yes, Enya IS on my list of music to purchase.

Thanks Scott for letting me know eyna music is from Canada: We too have our eyna group here in Ireland and like your group they too sing and play sootrhing music. Sending one's thoughts heavenward or up up into the skies letting go of the negartive and fill the mind and body with wholesome feelings of peace and tranquility. The writer of How I relieve Stress has done me a service of equal feelings. I love being near water, I love the gentleness of the clear water on my body and mind. A very healing soothing of my tender and beautiful anatomy in all it's beautifulness of creation. Candles'Incense sweet smelling smells rid me of the not so nice one's I feel from time to time. Out in the middle of nowhere beside a rippling stream in one sure way for me to free my mind of all that is not so nice and stresses me from time to time. Thank You. Water is empowering and bare is beautiful. erasing the scars and the marks of abuse from my mind allows me to acknowledge bare is beautiful soothing away the thoughts of those not so nice times in a bath or one long shower is a good way for me. Music, gentle sounds of sweet singing heart feeling words are very empowering for me too.
