Keep writing, for the sake of your own catharsis. Through writing, you may well find understanding, perspective and further healing. If you find it awakens pain that you are unable to cope with, consider speaking with someone who can provide you with that understanding and perspective. Not all counsellors or therapists are created equally. Some are better than others. Just because you did not have results from the ones you saw doesn't mean there aren't others out there who can be helpful. Just don't allow your Self to become bitter or hostile if the coping gets to be too much. You're worthy of more than that. Thank you for sharing your story with my visitors and me. I send you love, light and healing energy, Rene.
