I commend and applaud your courage. It really did take a great deal of courage to tell. So many who are abused are wracked with guilt and shame, guilt and shame that isn't theirs to bear. And they are so afraid that no one will believe them. But you got past all that, or at the very least, didn't let it get in the way of doing what needed to be done. You are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing your story and your all-important message with my visitors and me. This may well be the start of turning pain into power. I send you love, light and healing energy, Jessica.

Tell

I read your story and it was great to tell someone. I tried to tell someone about the sexual abuse. I told my mother. I was beaten so bad that I could not go to school for three days. You were very fortunate to be able to find someone. In my life, there is no one to trust.
